GWH Blackheath to Little Hartley - road tunnel EIS
As part of a joint project to widen the Great Western Highway between Katoomba and Lithgow to two lanes in each direction (which would necessarily involve bypassing Victoria Pass), Transport for NSW has proposed twin two-lane road tunnels between Blackheath and Little Hartley.
