John Morandini's Quantum Bus
<a href=http://wsptu.blogspot.com>Western Sydney Public Transport Users</a>
held their 5th annual Public Transport Symposium on 14th September. John
Morandini gave a presentation on a concept he calls Quantum Bus which
advocates for a huge increase in service levels for the bus network prior to
further investment in new infrastructure projects for roads and heavy rail. 

The concept is amplified in his e-book <i>Watch the Road: Solving Transport
Issues in Sprawling Cities, Sooner Rather than Later</i>.
