A paragraph from CityRail Xpress issue 235, published in today's mX newspaper:

<i>The NSW Government believes that safe motorists who do the right thing should be rewarded for their contribution to road safety.</i>

The article describes a 50% concession on drivers' licence renewals, granted to motorists with a "good driving record".

It does not say why a railway newsletter should carry this information.
