NEWS RELEASE: Transport Minister lobbies IPART on fares from marginal electorates
The Minister for Transport has lodged a late submission to the IPART inquiry on train fares.

He seeks to lessen any fare rise impacts on "longer distance commuters" in the Central Coast, Wollongong and Newcastle. These areas might be seen to contain marginal seats. The minister is also the Minister for the Illawarra.
