Central precinct re-zoning proposal

Transport for New South Wales is preparing a planning instrument which will re-zone the land around Central station, generally lying between Eddy Ave, Chalmers St, Prince Alfred Park, Cleveland St, Regent St, Lee St and Pitt St but excepting the Western Gateway land beside Railway Square. The intention is to permit and control development on that land without affecting the railway.
