Eastern Suburbs proposed bus changes

Transport for New South Wales proposed a raft of changes to Eastern Suburbs bus services. Action for Public Transport reviewed the changes. We thought they were generally not in the best interests of passengers.

Despite T4NSW's rhetoric that everything is in the interests of passengers, the only way offered to submit feedback was a web survey with pre-set responses. There was no facility for free-format comments. So we decided to submit via the general-purpose feedback website http://transportnsw.info/
