The City of Sydney and the Sydney Morning Herald are sponsoring a free public address by Russell Black, Project Director, Hong Kong MTR Corporation, and Prof. Ed Blakely, Chair, Urban & Regional Planning, University of Sydney, entitled "Public Transport - Why are we waiting?".
Date - Wednesday 14 September 2005.
