Ministry of Transport abuses Freedom of Information legislation A small news item in the Sydney Morning Herald of 5 April 2008 concluded that the NSW Ministry of Transport "cheerfully breaks the law" on Freedom of Information, "knowing (that) no sanctions can be imposed and that the applicant is the one who will be punished".
