APTNSW advocates "congestion tax" for Sydney CBD
APTNSW has lodged a submission with the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal's Review of State Taxes, advocating the implementation of a cordon or congestion tax for ordinary vehicles entering the Central Business District of Sydney.
It would be similar to taxes already in place in Singapore and London.
