Fare Policy Reform: APT Supports BCA Initiative
At the invitation of the Bus & Coach Association (BCA) an APT Committee member met with BCA officials on 15th October 2007 for a general discussion on a reform of public transport fare policy in the Sydney Metropolitan and Outer Metropolitan areas.

Several alternative proposals for charging fares were considered, each with its benefits and drawbacks.

APT has agreed to support the BCA in requesting the government to conduct a formal Fares Policy Review.
