NSW Government Audit of public transport operators
The NSW Audit Office has published reports of recent
reviews of public transport operators. The reports
can be read and downloaded from

They are "Managing Disruption to CityRail Passenger Services" and "Follow-up of Performance Audit:
Bus Maintenance and Bus Contracts" (PDF, 608kB and 353kB respectively).

The reports include responses from the relevant operators,
which make interesting reading.
