Footway parking paper released by NSW RTA
The New South Wales Roads & Traffic Authority has released
a discussion paper on the issue of cars parking on footpaths.
The paper says this is an issue of community concern and is generally
illegal.
The paper canvasses the possibility of changes to the law which might
make such parking legal in some cases.

Submissions are invited by 1st November.
