Sydney Metro West - major civil works

Action for Public Transport's submission to the Environmental Impact Statement on this project can be seen here. The present stage is limited to major civil works from Westmead to The Bays; the eastern part of the line will be dealt with in a second stage.
It has apparently been decided not to exhibit an EIS about the trains and passengers until much later. Therefore, the context of this first stage is unfortunately quite unclear.
