Poll - Should George St be closed to car traffic?

On Feb 18 2012, the Sydney Morning Herald reported the results of a question it set for its readers' panel - "Should George St. Sydney be closed to car traffic?"
| 46.1% said yes, and have a light rail system installed.

| 25% said no
|
| 20.4% said yes, and be open for buses only
|
| 8.3% said "Don't know".
|
In the same edition, on the question "Do you ride a bicycle to work?", 90% said "No".
