New paper on NSW rail reform published by CILTA

posted Friday 6 January 2012
A new paper by Professor Philip Laird argues that New South Wales faces land transport challenges on many fronts. To restore Sydney’s ranking in the top five liveable cities of the world will require road pricing reform and sustained investment in its rail system. Both the federal and New South Wales governments have some hard decisions to make.

The paper can be viewed on the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Australia website.
