GetUp.org has just made it easy for individuals to lobby their federal MPs for federal funding for public transport.

Just go to http://www.getup.org.au/campaign/FixTransport&id=355 and complete the form.

Better still, write a personal email to your federal MP, using the points provided in the right hand column of the GetUp web-page.

While APT has not spoken to GetUp, and does not necessarily agree with all their policies, we do appreciate the initiative which GetUp has shown in developing its above web-page.

We urge readers to adopt it with enthusiasm.
