Another Transport Plan for Western Sydney

posted Wednesday 8 January 2003
In early January 2003, the Greater Western Sydney Economic Development Board released its transport plan for western Sydney. The report blames governments for having failed to provide western Sydney with adequate public transport services when they were required, resulting in unacceptable car dependence in the region. The plan includes an orbital rail line from Glenfield in the south to Mungarie Park in the north, passing through Bringelly, Luddenham, St Marys, and Marsden Park.

For further details see the Sydney Morning Herald of January 6 & 7, 2003.
